Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using http://www.weliketogive.com, or the official We Like to Give Instagram feed (collectively, "the Site") operated by We Like to Give ("us", "we", or "our"). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at http://www.weliketogive.com.
By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement.
We Like To Give provides a service to sponsors and the charities they would like to support. This service includes, but is not limited to, creating Instagram or other social media site posts, timing the active period of those posts, tallying the likes accumulated during that active period and relaying all information (in a quantity and timeliness deemed appropriate by We Like To Give) to the sponsor and/or charity involved in that post. The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by We Like to Give and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Links To Other Sites
Our Site may contain links to third-party sites that are not owned or controlled by We Like to Give.
This Agreement (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Changes To This Agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Site or discontinue any use of the Site immediately.
We Like to Give's License to Sponsors and Charity Organizations
We Like to Give grants you limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display the trademark We Like to Give ® and the We Like to Give "Thumb and Coin" logo ® (the “We Like to Give Trademarks”) solely on your website for purposes of raising funds through the We Like to Give Website and Instagram feed. You acknowledge the ownership of the We Like to Give Trademarks by We Like to Give, and all use of the We Like to Give Trademarks by you inures to the benefit of We Like to Give.
By using the Site you agree that neither We Like to Give, nor any of their affiliates will be liable to you and/or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, special, punitive, or incidental damages whatsoever that arise out of or are related to: the Site, the services provided by the Site, or any individual or group associated with the management of We Like to Give. Any claims arising from the Site must be brought within one year of the date on which liability arose.
In no event, unless required by law, shall we by liable for any loss, expense or damages of any type or manner arising out of the use of, or inability to use, this Site, including, but not limited to, claims, suits or causes of action involving alleged infringement of copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, or unfair competition.
